We have been embroidering clothing for 20 years and a lot of work goes into embroidering a garment from digitising the logo to creating samples to make sure the embroidered logo looks amazing this is why embroidery in our premium stores only.

All premium stores will have the new products a month before basic stores this is because you have your own account manager who will add them to your webstore for you so you don’t need to worry about anything.

This is massive for any streamer, if you are a premium store and send a fellow streamer to us you receive 5% on any sale that streamer sells, if you send 50 streamers you receive 5% on all sales for the 50 streamers. lots of money to be made.

We want your merch store to make you money so we have a few things we can help you do that from adverts, banners and more, your account manager will help you with this and set it all us for you if you would like help.

Your premium store can hold all the products we offer with as many designs as you wish, logo to low resolution for print? not a problem we will sort all that out for you turn it into a high resolution file and give it back to you to use anywhere else.

Still can’t decide? there are no contracts you can leave at any time without paying a fee we will just turn your store back to a free basic store, we understand premium stores are not for everyone but we also know some streamers want to take it to the next level.

Q) Why is there a setup fee?

A) The set up covers the cost of the domain name, digitising your logo for embroidery and the set up of the Premium store

Q) How long does it take for the Premium store to be ready?

A) Your store will be ready within 5 business days

Q) What happens if we do not pay the monthly fee?

A) We just turn your store back to a basic one

Q) What if my logo is no good for embroidery?

A) Don’t worry we work with you and will change it so it is.

Q) Does it take longer for embroidered items to be made?

A) Yes, it does but we still stick to the 7 to 10 days to post items out normally sooner where possible

Q) Can i have a basic store first then upgrade it later?

A) Yes, of course you can we don’t want to hold any streamer back
